Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups rice flour
  • 1 on Gasifying and acidifying, (1/2 tsp. Baking powder plus ¼ tsp baking soda)
  • 1 teaspoon zest
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1/2 cups Almond drink Silk® Almond Original
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Sift the rice flour and the ovens (baking powder plus baking soda) and mix them with the orange zest.
In a bowl mix the egg, the oil and Silk ® Almond Original Without Sweetener, add the rice flour and baking powder already sieved until a homogeneous mass is obtained, if it is very liquid add more flour.
Let stand for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Make balls with the dough, you can lean on a soup spoon. Place them in a tray previously greased with butter and varnish with a little more almond drink.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Chills and serves.
