Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups sunflower oil
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups sunflower oil
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, the oatmeal, the cocoa, the baking powder and the salt.
In another bowl mix the sugar with the oil, and gradually add the mixture of dry ingredients, add the vanilla extract, add the nuts in pieces and mix well.
Have ready the greased mold or with waxed paper and place teaspoons of the dough obtained, try to leave a certain distance between them so that they can expand while baking.
Take to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at moderate temperature.

PRESENTATION

These cookies come well accompanied with delicious almond or soy milk. Although you can accompany it with any infusion of your choice.

TIPS

If the dough is very dry you can add a little more oil, on the contrary if it is too watery add more oatmeal or failing a little flour.

faltan cosas yo la hice, AL PIE DE LA LETRA  la primera horneada se esparcieron todas por la lata del horno, asi qe AGREGE 4 HUEVOS Y HARINA  hasta qe qedo una mezcla DECENTE!Las galletas mas ricas del mundo. saludos.
