Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Blueberry Yoghurt Oikos®, 150 ml each
  • 1 cup oats
  • 4 kiwis, diced
  • 1 cup blackberry
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, to decorate

Preparation

Place half of the yoghurt in glass jars.
Add some oatmeal, followed by kiwi. Repeat until filling the jar.
Garnish with fresh blackberries and lemon zest

PRESENTATION

Garnish with yellow lemon zest.

TIPS

Replace the oatmeal with granola or whole grain cereal.
