These rich fruit skewers are ideal for when your children return from their sporting activities, as they will provide them with energy to continue their day.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 skewer sticks
  • 10 strawberries, washed, disinfected and without rabito
  • 5 chocolate cookies, with cream filling
  • 5 chocolates
  • 1/2 cups White chocolate, in pieces

Preparation

Make the skewers by placing a strawberry, followed by a cookie. Open the cookie place the skewer stick in the cream and close it again, so that the filling helps you to fix the toothpick.
Place a chocolate and finish the skewer with another strawberry.
In a small container for microwaves, place the chocolate and melt in 15 seconds. Once melted, line the skewers and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve with chopped walnuts or almonds.

TIPS

You can use any fruit in season.
