Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 box D’Gari® light lemon gelatin dessert
  • 2 cucumbers, one grated
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder

Preparation

Prepare Light D'Gari® Lemon Gelatin. Empty the gelatin in 2 cups of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot water, mix to dissolve completely and add the grated cucumber.
Pour the gelatin into a mold and refrigerate until set.
Cut the other cucumber into strips with the help of a peeler, reserve.
Decorate the jelly with the strips of cucumber and sprinkle the chili powder. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with slices of cucumber and chilito.

TIPS

Leave the cucumber peel, as it is good for your digestion and avoid constipation.
