Delicious and super easy lemon jelly with a different touch that the whole family will love, since adding pineapple to the common recipe gives it an exquisite twist that they can not stop eating.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 on lemon jelly
  • 2 cups Water, hot
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice, or syrup of the pineapple
  • 1 cup Pineapple in syrup
  • to taste walnut, chopped
  • 10 Marie biscuits

Preparation

Dissolve the lemon jelly in the two cups of hot water and let warm.
When it is warm, add the liquid cream with a balloon whisk (if it is cut, blend the mixture)
Add the syrup from the pineapple tin or the juice.
In the mold of your choice, place at the bottom the chopped nut, the pineapple pieces and then the gelatin. Add the cookies in pieces.
Refrigerate until set.

TIPS

If you are going to unmold it, before emptying the gelatin lightly grease your mold with a napkin spread with cooking oil and you will see that it will come out easily.
