Preparation
Dissolve the lemon jelly in the two cups of hot water and let warm.
When it is warm, add the liquid cream with a balloon whisk (if it is cut, blend the mixture)
Add the syrup from the pineapple tin or the juice.
In the mold of your choice, place at the bottom the chopped nut, the pineapple pieces and then the gelatin. Add the cookies in pieces.
Refrigerate until set.
