  • 1 liter light natural yoghurt
  • 5 envelopes no calorie sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin, powdered
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 2 cups strawberry, cut for the strawberry sauce
  • 2 envelopes no calorie sweetener, for the strawberry sauce
  • 1/2 cups Water, for the strawberry sauce


Put 2 tablespoons of gelatin to hydrate with cold water, mixing with a fork.
Beat the yogurt with Splenda in a blender until fluffy.
Melt the gelatin in a bain-marie until it is liquid.
Add 1 teaspoon of the yogurt mixture to the gelatin and stir. Repeat this step adding a teaspoon of the yogurt mixture until the gelatin is at room temperature.
When the gelatin reaches that temperature, add to the yogurt mixture in the blender and stir.
The gelatin mixture is placed in individual molds and put in the refrigerator until set (about 6 hours).
To prepare the sauce, the strawberries are liquefied with the sweetener and water, the liquid is strained. It is set aside to be served.
Put a gelatin on each plate and pour the strawberry sauce over them. They can be decorated with whole strawberries.
