Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 110 grams butter
  • 9 grams baking soda, royal
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Prepare the dough by stirring all the ingredients, (try to have them at room temperature)
Put to heat a comal. Meanwhile, form the gorditas, taking small balls of dough and flattening them.
Put them on the griddle and when they are brown edges turn them over and let the other side cook.

PRESENTATION

You can make a frosting or simply decorate with fruit or as Hot-Cakes with some jam, cajeta or honey

TIPS

If they are going to eat during the week, do not refrigerate them. Just put in a toper to not re-heat them.

No se si a todas... pero a mi me quedaron como polvorones...quizas porque no lleva agua ni leche, pero estaban ricas...le puse canela en polvo
