Lemon Pint with Sweet Cookies

  • 90 grams Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking
  • 30 cookies, sweet, ground
  • 1 on unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups jocoque, natural
  • 2 cups Snow Limón Holanda®


Melt the Margarine Primavera® Cook without salt and mix it with the cookies.
Cover the bottom of a mold to pay with the previous mixture and refrigerate until it takes consistency.
Dissolve the grenetine in the lemon juice and wait for it to take on the consistency of gel. Heat in microwave oven for 15 seconds or until liquid.
Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk, jocoque and Nieve Limón Holanda®.
Continuing to liquefy, gradually pour the grenetine steadily, until incorporated. Cook and refrigerate until set. To serve.
Pour the mixture over the mold with the cookie base and refrigerate until set. To serve.


Garnish with lemon slices.

Muy delicioso pay, también queda bien con galletas oreo. Yo usé las 2 latas completas de leches, y 2 sobres de grenetina para que cuaje bien. El jocoque está hecho a base de leche agria, es una rica fuente de proteína y calcio, tiene un bajo contenido calórico y también contiene: vitamina E, antioxidante que ayuda a tratar la hipertensión y enfermedades del corazón, vitamina B6, mantiene los niveles de glucosa en la sangre, y vitamina B12, mantiene las células nerviosas y glóbulos rojos saludables.
