Preparation
Melt the Margarine Primavera® Cook without salt and mix it with the cookies.
Cover the bottom of a mold to pay with the previous mixture and refrigerate until it takes consistency.
Dissolve the grenetine in the lemon juice and wait for it to take on the consistency of gel. Heat in microwave oven for 15 seconds or until liquid.
Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk, jocoque and Nieve Limón Holanda®.
Continuing to liquefy, gradually pour the grenetine steadily, until incorporated. Cook and refrigerate until set. To serve.
Pour the mixture over the mold with the cookie base and refrigerate until set. To serve.
