Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 on Water Gelatin D 'Gari® Light Green Apple Flavor
  • 1/4 cups chia
  • 2 green apples, cut in sheets

Preparation

Prepare the D 'Gari® Water Gelatin Light Green Apple Flavor according to the packaging instructions.
Pour 3 tablespoons of gelatin on a silicone cupcake mold, refrigerate until set.
Place the apple slices and press lightly, add a little chia and fill with the rest of the gelatin. Refrigerate until completely set, unmold and enjoy.
