Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 liters Water, for strawberry gelatin
  • 1/2 envelopes D'Gari ® Water Gelatin Light Strawberry Flavor- Cherry, for strawberry gelatin
  • 1/4 cups strawberry, for water gelatin (cut into thin slices)
  • 1/4 cups cherries, for strawberry gelatin
  • 1/2 liters Water, for jamaica gelatin
  • 1/2 envelopes D'Gari® Light Water Gelatin Strawberry flavor, for jamaica gelatin
  • 1/4 cups cranberry

Preparation

Prepare ½ of D'Gari ® Gelatin Light Strawberry Flavor- Cherry Water according to the package instructions.
On a flower mold add strawberries and cherry to the center to form the petals and the center of the flower. Cover with gelatin until half the mold, refrigerate until set.
For Jamaican gelatin and strawberry, heat the water until it boils and remove from heat. Add the Jamaica and let it infuse for 5 minutes, strain and add the rest of the D'Gari® Light Water Gelatin strawberry flavor and dissolve. Cool slightly
Pour the previous preparation over the strawberry-cherry jelly, add the cranberries and refrigerate until set.
Unmold and enjoy.
