A perfect combination of healthy foods and delicious flavors, with antioxidants, and healthy fats, these muffins will enchant the whole family, do not hesitate.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 Cup of pancake flour of bran, preferably
  • 1 Cup of White flour
  • 1/2 Cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 Cup of milk with a spoonful of lemon juice
  • 1/3 of Cup of honey
  • 70 grams of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 2 spoonfuls of chia
  • 60 grams of sunflower seed
  • 90 grams of cranberry

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Slowly add butter, egg, milk and honey.
    Finally add the sunflower seeds, blueberries and chia. Mix carefully.
    Place in molds for floured muffins or with saucers.
    Bake at 180ºC for 15-20 mins until golden brown. Let cool.

    Si no consigo la harina de hotcakes de salvado Como puedo sustituir esa harina
