Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Slowly add butter, egg, milk and honey.
Finally add the sunflower seeds, blueberries and chia. Mix carefully.
Place in molds for floured muffins or with saucers.
Bake at 180ºC for 15-20 mins until golden brown. Let cool.
