This exquisite Nut Thread is very healthy and easy to prepare because it is baked with wholemeal hot cakes flour and mashed sugar, it is the perfect dessert for people who follow a diet.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup corn oil, or soybean oil
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 cups whole wheat pancake flour
  • 1 cup walnut, whole
  • 40 grams butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar


Grease a mold for thread and reserve.
For the cover: The last three ingredients of the recipe are mixed and the base of the mold is covered.
Beat eggs and oil at low speed for two minutes. The sugar is added little by little while stirring until it is integrated. Likewise, the evaporated milk is added while the flour and nuts are added. Beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
The mixture is poured into the mold and baked at 180 ° C, for 45 minutes.


Let the thread rest so it can be demolded.
