If you are a person who works and you have children, this pancake is ideal for you. Normally I prepare it on weekends, and some days we use it as breakfast.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 100 grams flour
  • 75 grams cornstarch
  • 150 grams Gloria® butter without salt, ointment
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 50 grams raisin
  • 50 grams walnut, chopped
  • 50 grams chocolate chip
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a mold and put flour.
Acremer the butter, add sugar, beat until it has a smooth consistency.
Add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat.
Sift the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
Add little by little the dried ones to the wet ones.
Incorporate raisins, nuts and chocolate chips.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Cut the pancake into slices and store it in sandwich bags in the cupboard.

TIPS

You can substitute the raisins for blueberries.
