Marinated Pancake with Vanilla "Snow"

For these Christmas holidays, prepare this rich marbled pancake with Yoghurt Oikos® that is bathed with a delicious cover of Vanilla Natilla Danette® and decorated with red chocolate. Perfect for the occasion!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 90 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups Oikos® plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cups cocoa
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature, for bitumen
  • 1 Danette® Vanilla Custard, for bitumen
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla, for bitumen
  • 1/2 cups chocolate, red color, melted to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease and flour a pancake mold.
With the help of an electric mixer , add the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs little by little.
Mix the powders, except the cocoa, and add to the preparation by alternating Oikos® Natural Yoghurt and vanilla.
Divide the preparation into two and mix it with the cocoa. Pour the mixture into the mold and marble with the help of a knife. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked. Chills and releases.
For the bitumen, beat the cream cheese with Vanilla Danette® Custard and Vanilla. Reservation.
Cover the cake with the bitumen and decorate with the chocolate.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with the cover and chocolate.

TIPS

If you can not find colored chocolate, use bitter.
