Place four ripe bananas in the blender, broken into pieces, along with the sugar and milk. Licua
Sift the flour, along with the yeast and salt, and stir well. Add to this bowl the butter (which we have melted a few seconds in the microwave), add the cream of milk, the vanilla essence, and then the eggs, but one by one, mixing well before throwing the next.
Mix all the ingredients and add the chopped nuts. Nothing happens if the bananas are not completely undone, because those will be the pieces that we will find in the sponge cake, along with the nuts, which is very nice.
We put the oven to preheat at 180 º C. While it is hot, pour the dough in an elongated pancake mold and put it in the oven for about three quarters of an hour. (depending on the oven it could be up to 1 hour)
