Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 Gloria® butter without salt
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups tangerine juice

Preparation

Acremer the butter, add the sugar little by little, once it changes color it incorporates the eggs one by one. Add the vanilla extract. Bat.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt, adding the mandarin juice between the ingredients, beat until you get a uniform mixture.
Preheat an oven to 180 ° C, grease a pancake mold and put flour, tap the bottom of the pan to remove excess flour.

TIPS

The tangerine season in Mexico is from October, so you can use processed tangerine juice.
