Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Prepare the base: Grind the cookies in a processor or blender, pour into a pie pan and mix with the butter to form a paste. Line mold with the dough.
Pour half of the nut, dates, eggs, condensed milk and vanilla into the blender jar. Liquefy.
Pour into cookie mold. Decorate with the remaining nut, either whole or in pieces.
Bake between 40 and 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool.
