Preparation
Grind the cookies oreo in the blender until it is like dust, mix by hand with the butter bar.
With the mallet obtained form the tart in our mold or refractory.
Blend the zest and lemon juice with the milk, cream and cocoa cheeses.
Bake for 45 minutes (approx.) At 180ºC.
Allow to cool and decorate to taste.
