A very special dessert, perfect for gifting to your partner on Valentine's Day. It's a very simple, delicious preparation that looks beautiful. And it doesn't take much time to prepare; you're going to see that the Marshmallow and Strawberry Pie will delight you.

Wash and disinfect the strawberries. Separate the pink marshmallows from the white ones. Remove the powdered sugar from the marshmallows with water. Melt the pink marshmallows in a double boiler. In a food processor or blender, crush the cookies. Mix the cookies with the stick of butter to create the pie base (You can buy a pre-made pie crust). Place the cookie and butter mixture in a mold and let it cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Cut the strawberries in half. Place the 10 halved strawberries on the cookie base and cover with the melted marshmallow paste. Decorate with the other 10 halved strawberries and place in the refrigerator until set.
