Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Split an egg and beat it in the cup.
Add the 3 tablespoons of oil and mix.
Add the 4 tablespoons of milk and mix.
Add the 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix.
Add the 4 tablespoons of flour and mix well. Add some baking powder to give it a better texture.
Put the cup in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Fue muy fácil y rico pero una cucharadita de polvo para hornear fue demasiado en preferible echarle 1/2 cucharadita o menos y le da la consistencia suficiente y la esponjosidad deseada.
