Preparation
Soak the raisins with the hot rum and two tablespoons of water. Put in a large bowl of water and lemon juice, there we will put the apples to which we remove the center with a special attachment to make balls or a knife. We should not drill the bottom. Being in the water with lemon will not get dark.
Apart mix the yolks with sugar, butter, walnuts and drained raisins. With this cream, the apples are filled and placed in a refractory. In the refractory one puts the rest of the rum with water that was left to us of the raisins and 1/4 of water cup.
Put in the preheated oven at 200º C for 45 minutes more or less. The cooking will depend on the type of apples. They are removed when they are ready and served warm or cold.
