This is a very easy recipe to prepare that you can make with your family and in this way enjoy a delicious dessert. It is perfect for a weekend or to share any day of the week. The taste of dulce de leche will catch you.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 pieces of bread farmer
  • 400 grams of dulce de leche (caramel)
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 350 milliliters of milk
  • 200 milliliters of milk cream
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • enough of powder sugar to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Cut the bread into slices.
    Spread the slices with dulce de leche. Reservation.
    Form sandwichitos, with the breads you already have with dulce de leche.
    Place in a mold for sponge cake, buttered.
    Beat the eggs.
    Add to the eggs, the cream, the sugar, the milk, the vanilla and integrate well.
    Add the liquid mixture over the sandwichitos.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
    When ready, let stand 10 minutes and sprinkle with icing sugar.
