Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 170 grams of Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 3/4 of Cup of sour cream
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1 piece of egg white
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of banana Crushed
  • 360 grams of Butter for bitumen
  • 300 grams of vegetable shortening for bitumen
  • 8 cups of powder sugar for bitumen
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water for bitumen
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla for bitumen
  • 2 spoonfuls of Strawberry crushed, for bitumen
  • to taste of Vegetable food coloring pink, for bitumen
  • 2 spoonfuls of cocoa for bitumen
  • 1 piece of banana Crushed
  • to taste of Vegetable food coloring yellow, for bitumen
  • 1 Cup of chocolate pink, melted
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate melted
  • to taste of whipped cream to decorate
  • to taste of cherries to decorate
  • to taste of sparks of colors to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Stop the cake: beat the butter with the sugar for 5 minutes, add the vanilla, cream, oil and whisk until integrated.
    Add the eggs, the egg whites and beat for 3 minutes. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the crushed banana and beat a little more.
    Pour the mixture over 3 previously greased molds and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
    For the bitumen: beat the butter with the vegetable shortening, add the glass sugar little by little, add the water and the vanilla. Beat for 5 minutes until integrating.
    Divide the bitumen into three equal parts.
    To a part add the crushed strawberries and pink coloring, mix and reserve.
    Elsewhere add cocoa and banana, mix and reserve.
    And to the last part add the yellow dye. Reservation.
    Place a cake base, chocolate bitumen spread, place another cake base on top, smear the strawberry bitumen, finally put the cake base on top and spread the yellow bitumen until the cake is completely covered.
    With the help of a absorbent paper towel, Bounty® lightly presses the bitumen to get texture on the cake and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
    Pour the bitter chocolate over the cake and let it dry.
    Pour the pink chocolate over the bitter chocolate and let it dry.
    Decorate with colorful granillo, whipped cream rosettes, cherries.
