If you are looking for a sweet and light dish, these whole-grain crepes recipe stuffed with a mixture of yoghurt and guava will be a good option. Prepare these crepes with citrus and acidic flavors at home, with no added sugar and ready in less than 20 minutes. With the juice of the Vita + ® Guava Cups you will be able to give a particular flavor to the crepe dough and if you wish, you can add the orange zest to the filling to give it a touch of sweetness and citrus flavor.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups greek yogurt, for the filling
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, powder, for filling
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups peppermint, finely chopped for the filling
  • 2 packages Vita + ® Guava Cups, 170 gc / u
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour, for crepe dough
  • 2 cups Vita + ® Guava Cups, 170 gc / u (use only the juice)
  • 2 egg whites, for crepe dough
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, for crepe dough
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil, for crepe dough
  • enough cooking spray oil, to cook the crepes
  • enough whipped cream, at your service
  • enough guava, (pieces of Vita + ® Guava Cups) to serve
  • enough peppermint, (leaves) to serve

Preparation

For the filling, in a bowl mix the yogurt, ginger, lemon juice, mint and packs of Vita + ® Guava Cups until fully incorporated. Reservation.
For the crepe dough, in a bowl mix the whole wheat flour, the juice of Vita + ® Guava Cups, egg whites, sugar and vegetable oil until fully incorporated. Heat a Teflon pan, grease with the oil spray and pour the dough with the help of a ladle; extend with circular movements and cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Repeat until finished with the mixture. Reservation.
On a board, fill the crepes with the guava mixture. Serve on an extended plate, accompany with pieces of Vita + ® guava Cups, whipped cream and mint leaves.

PRESENTATION

Serve with Vita + ® Cups guava chips and mint leaves.

TIPS

If you wish, you can add the orange zest filling to give it a touch of sweetness and citrus flavor.
