Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1 cup flour, for the mass
  • 1 egg, for the mass
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, for the dough
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, for the mass
  • 1 cup cream, for the sauce
  • 1 can condensed milk, for the sauce
  • 1 can peach in syrup, to fill
  • 1/4 cups almond, fillets and toast, to decorate

Preparation

Blend the flour, egg, butter and half of the milk. Mix until well incorporating all the ingredients, add the remaining milk and mix again. It is important that the dough is slightly thick, if you do not have thick crepes, you can add more milk if necessary.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little butter. Add a little of the dough and move the pan so that it covers the entire bottom with a very thin layer. Cook until the edges start to peel off and turn the crepe to cook the other side.
Cook 30 seconds more and remove from heat, to keep its temperature stored in a plastic bag.
To make the sauce: Blend the cream and condensed milk.
Take a crepe, fill with two slices of peach and cover. Serve the sauce on the crepe and sprinkle a little of the almonds.
