Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups chocolate cookies; 1/2 cups butter, melted; 2 cups cream cheese; 1/2 cups Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Powder; 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt; 1/2 cups whipping cream; 1/2 cups sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated; 1 cup Hershey's® Chocolate Flavor Syrup; 1 cup whipped cream, chantilly style, for decoration; 1/2 cups Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Sparks; chocolate cookies, halved, for decoration

Mix the chocolate cookie with the butter in a bowl with a spatula until a dough forms. Place the cookie dough in a tart pan lined with plastic, cover the entire bottom of the pan, pressing down very well and trying to form a layer about 1 cm thick. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Use a hand mixer to soften the cream cheese, then add the Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Powder, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Add a little of the mixture to the hydrated gelatin to temper it, then return everything to the cheese mixture and mix very well with a whisk. Set aside.
