Ingredients

8 portions
  • 200 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cups Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3/4 cups Great Value® Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 Great Value® Cream Cheese, 227g each
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 cup Great Value® Powder Sugar
  • enough vegetal color additive, pink
  • enough vegetal color additive, green
  • 2 cups raspberry

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the cake, beat the butter with the sugar for about 3 minutes. Add the condensed milk, the eggs one by one and the vanilla.
Add flour and baking powder and beat until integrated. Pour the preparation into a cake mold previously greased and floured. Bake about 40 minutes. Chills and releases.
For bitumen, add the cream cheese with the coconut cream and add the icing sugar little by little. Beat until you get a smooth bitumen.
Paint 3/4 parts of the pink bitumen and 1/3 part of green. Reservation.
Cut the vanilla cake in half and add a bit of pink bitumen, arrange the raspberries and place the other part of the cake.
Cover the cake with more pink bitumen and decorate with flowers, simulate the leaves with the green bitumen.
