Preparation
Prepare Light D'Gari® Tangerine Gelatin. Empty the gelatin in 2 cups of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot water, mix to dissolve completely.
Divide the gelatin into three different bowls and mix the first with the carrot, the second with the cucumber and the third with the jicama.
Pour the gelatin with carrot in a jelly mold and refrigerate until set.
Form the second layer of gelatin with the cucumber and refrigerate until set.
Form the third layer with jicama jelly and refrigerate until set.
