A fun way to eat dessert are these crispy orange-flavored biscuit cups filled with vanilla cream made from milk. They are delicious and original and are accompanied with red fruits.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Acrema butter with sugar. Add the egg, vanilla and orange zest.
Add the flour and salt and whisk until completely integrated. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
Line a mold for cupcakes previously greased with the cookie dough forming cups. Place a small piece of aluminum and beans to make weight. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes.
For the cream, in a bowl combine the eggs with starch and sugar. Reservation.
Heat the Santa Clara® Lechita in a pot, taste vanilla ice cream, taking care not to boil. Add some of the hot milk to the egg mixture and return the preparation to the pot. Beat vigorously and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until thick, cool.
Fill the biscuit cups with the vanilla cream and decorate with red fruits and mint.
