  • 253 grams White chocolate, White Chocolate Mousse
  • 500 milliliters whipping cream, White Chocolate Mousse
  • 1 egg white, White Chocolate Mousse
  • 7.25 grams gelatin, White Chocolate Mousse
  • 36 grams sugar, White Chocolate Mousse
  • 107 grams dark chocolate, bitter chocolate mousse
  • 250 milliliters whipping cream, bitter chocolate mousse
  • 1 egg white, bitter chocolate mousse
  • 2.75 grams gelatin, bitter chocolate mousse
  • 22 grams sugar, bitter chocolate mousse
  • raspberry, to decorate
  • White chocolate, grated, to decorate

Preparation

White chocolate mousse: Melt white chocolate in a bain-marie.
Add the white chocolate in a bowl and beat. Add the cream, after adding add the egg white. Later the sugar and then the grenetina. Reservation.
Bitter chocolate mousse: Melt bitter chocolate in a bain-marie. Place the chocolate in a bowl and add the cream and mix.
Add the egg white, then the sugar and finally the gretenine. Reservation.
Place the white chocolate mousse in a glass first and refrigerate for 20 minutes, then place the bitter chocolate mousse on it and return to the refrigerator to set.
Decorate with raspberries and grated white chocolate.

PRESENTATION

Decorate to taste; You can use strawberries, raspberries, chocolate dragees, grated coconut, etc.
