This rich recipe of mango yoghurt with cardamom is ideal for pampering, as well as being an easy recipe to prepare, it is different from everything you have tried.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 2 pieces of mango in cubes
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of ground cardamom
  • 2 pieces of Yoghurt de Coco Oikos®
  • 4 leaves of peppermint to decorate
  • 4 spoonfuls of grated coconut to decorate

    Preparation

    Blend Oikos® natural yoghurt with mango and cardamom.
    Place layers of mango yogurt followed by Oikos® coconut yoghurt in a cup.
    Garnish with mint leaves and grated coconut.

    PRESENTATION

    Form layers of yogurt and decorate with mint leaves and grated coconut.

    TIPS

    If you do not find ground cardamom, you can use crushed seeds in a molcajete or with a knife.
