Creamy smoothie that will fill you with energy all day long. It is a natural fuel, which will allow you to start the mornings with everything. In addition, its flavor is delicious, almost like a milkshake.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 50 milliliters greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ice
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients in the blender: yogurt, peanut butter, banana, milk and honey.
Add ice cubes until you achieve the desired texture.
Take immediately.

PRESENTATION

You can chop some peanuts on top of the smoothie.

TIPS

If you want a creamier texture add liquid ingredients first. Blend and add the solids. If you have plenty of ripe bananas, freeze them, they will serve you for more smoothies afterwards.
