Ingredients

12 portions
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups Hibiscus flower
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • whole cloves
  • 1 branch fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup apple, cut into wedges
  • ice
  • 2 grapefruit, sliced
  • 4 guavas, sliced
  • 4 cups Red wine
  • branches fresh rosemary, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot over medium heat, heat the water, add the Jamaica, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, fresh rosemary, boil and then add the apple. Cook 10 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
In a jug with ice, arrange the grapefruit, the guava, pour the previous preparation, the wine and the fresh rosemary.
Serve and enjoy cold.

PRESENTATION

In a glass accompanied by snacks.

TIPS

It is important to let the punch cool so that once you add the wine, the alcohol does not volatize. Once you add the apple, do not cook too long so that the fruit does not soften.
