A drink of red fruits as an aperitif on any holiday. Receive your guests as you should with this delight.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1/3 of liter of lemon juice Jumex
  • 12 cups of mineral water
  • 2 lemons sliced
  • 2 cups of blueberry
  • 2 cups of raspberry
  • 2 cups of strawberry chopped
  • leaves of peppermint
  • 1/2 liter of champagne
  • 1 liter of Water

Preparation

In a jar pour the lemon juice and add the mineral water. Mix well.
Place a liter of water in a bowl and add a lemon. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Remove the bowl of water and place it in a bain-marie so you can remove the ice. Place the ice in the jar and mix well.
Add the champagne.
Add the fruits, the peppermint and the other lemon to the mixture.
Serve the mixture and surprise.
