Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 1/2 cups skim milk, cool
  • 1/2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberry, half cup to decorate

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients for 1 min. or until there is a homogeneous mixture.
Serve the smoothie and decorate with strawberries.

TIPS

You can add a little whipped cream.
