This is a delicious green juice. With very good flavor and low in calories. Enjoy it when you wake up to start the morning with lots of energy. You can add or remove ingredients to taste because many people don't like all the flavors of vegetables.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 cups parsley
  • 2 cups fresh coriander
  • 3 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 2 stems celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • 1/2 apples

Preparation

Wash the vegetables.
Blend all ingredients except lemon and lime.
Add the lemon juice and the lime and continue blending.
Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

To decorate, add a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass and a piece of parsley to float on the juice.

TIPS

You can add other vegetables to add flavor or eliminate one that you do not like!

Completo y delicioso. Luna Brea, no se cuela porque perderías toda la fibra de las verduras. Es un jugo muy delicioso y saludable.
