Ingredients

2 portions
  • to taste chamoy sauce, to frost
  • to taste chilli powder, to frost
  • 3 cups ice
  • 2 cups tamarind concentrate
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste chili gummy, to decorate
  • to taste chamoy sweets, Skwinkles type, to decorate
  • to taste chamoy sauce, for serving

Preparation

Frost two glasses with the liquid chamoy and chili powder.
For the chamoyada, liquefy the ice with the tamarind concentrate, sugar and lemon juice until you have a smooth mixture.
Serve the chamoyada immediately in frosty glasses, decorate with chamoy gummies, sweet enchilados and liquid chamoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in the frosty glass and decorate with chamoy candy.

TIPS

You can use shaved ice instead of liquefying it completely, only the texture will be different.
