It is a pretty refreshing juice, it is suggested to take it on an empty stomach, 15 minutes before breakfast if you want to use it as a fat burner, it even serves to eliminate the famous "raw" that it gives after a good night of partying.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 slice pineapple
  • 1 artichoke, only the leaves
  • 1/2 liters Water
  • 2 stems celery
  • 1 twig parsley

Preparation

Wash and disinfect all the ingredients.
Add the water, 5 artichoke leaves, the pineapple slice (1 cm wide), the parsley and the two stalks of celery, liquefy.
Once everything is well liquefied strain to remove the remains of artichoke.

PRESENTATION

Serve without brewing for a greater amount of fiber. Take immediately or with food.

TIPS

You can leave the ingredients in the refrigerator so you can get a cooler juice. You can substitute water for orange juice or grapefruit.
