Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup beet juice

Preparation

Extract the juices separately to be sure that in the case of carrot juice, orange and pineapple are mixed at the end equal parts.
When you have the previous mixture, just add a splash of the beet juice, according to the taste of the people for this rich vegetable. It is called "vampiresco", because the touch of beet, is placed on top of the first mixture and the contrast of colors is very coquettish. Beets have a very bright color.
