Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 kilos flour tortilla
  • water
  • 3 sticks chocolate, of metate
  • sugar

Preparation

Dissolve the dough with the water necessary to obtain a watery atole, put on the fire until it has the desired consistency, add the chocolate, sugar and if necessary a little more water.
Beat and serve very hot.
