  • 1 cone of piloncillo grated
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 spoonfuls of Salt

    Preparation

    This atole can also be prepared with milk; with a cup of water mix the dough and then add it to 3/4 of milk. The same procedures are followed.
