This delicious guava atole drink is made with natural fruit. If you want it pink, you can use pink guavas.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter milk, (can be light)
  • 10 guavas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Boil the milk with guavas and sugar. Let it cool a bit and blend. Put back on fire.
Mix the cornstarch with the water and pour the milk mixture you made. The milk must be boiling.
Move with a wooden spoon and you will see how it begins to thicken.
Once it has a thick consistency, remove from heat and serve hot.

PRESENTATION

You can serve the atole with a little guava chopped on one side or on the same clay cup.

TIPS

It is advisable to serve in a clay cup, this will preserve its temperature.
