Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 capsule Grand Cru Dharkan
  • 1 liter cream, (for a siphon)
  • 80 milliliters gingerbread cookie syrup, (for a siphon)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • hazelnuts, ground

Preparation

Prepare the whipped cream by pouring the syrup and cream into the whipped cream can container.
Use two gas cartridges and let cool in the refrigerator for two hours.
Serve a tablespoon of honey in a PIXIE DHARKAN cup, now serve a Grand Cru ristretto Dharkan (25 ml) and cover with whipped cream.
Decoration: Decorate with a little honey and ground hazelnuts.
