Ingredients

8 portions
  • 10 lemons
  • 3 liters Water
  • 2 leaves chaya leaf
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, to taste

Preparation

Blend the halved lemons (with peel), chaya leaves, half of the cut cucumber (with peel), sugar and 500 ml of water.
Strain the mixture in a jar, add the remaining water and stir with a spoon.
The remaining half of the cucumber cut it into slices with peel and add it to the fresh water.

PRESENTATION

Glasses with a lot of ice and a slice of lemon.

TIPS

I leave the amount of sugar to taste because there are people who like it more or less sweet. If you sweeten with stevia, use less quantity because it sweetens more. It's just a matter of trying which sweetener you like the most and how much is perfect for you.
