Preparation
Blend the halved lemons (with peel), chaya leaves, half of the cut cucumber (with peel), sugar and 500 ml of water.
Strain the mixture in a jar, add the remaining water and stir with a spoon.
The remaining half of the cucumber cut it into slices with peel and add it to the fresh water.
