Smoothie to remove hunger, ideal to take in the afternoon hours, after a day of light and healthy food.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 8 boneless dates
  • 2 bananas, well mature
  • 1 1/4 pounds strawberry
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 1/2 glasses Water

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend for about one minute or until a smooth, almost creamy, homogenous mixture is left.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass and consume immediately.

TIPS

You can also add mango instead of strawberries or both.
