Ingredients

2 servings
  • 8 pieces of boneless date
  • 2 pieces of banana well mature
  • 1 1/4 pounds of strawberries
  • 8 pieces of almond
  • 1 1/2 glasses of Water

    Preparation

    Put all the ingredients in the blender.
    Blend for about one minute or until a smooth, almost creamy, homogenous mixture is left.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a glass and consume immediately.

    You can also add mango instead of strawberries or both.
