Ingredients

1 portion
  • 8 cubes ice
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • milk caramel
  • 3 tablespoons liquid chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • whipped creams, spray Chantilly

Preparation

Blend coffee, sugar, milk and chocolate.
Empty the ice cubes and blend again until frappe.
In a glass decorate with waves your walls and the background with the amount of cajeta that you like.
Empty the frappé and top with chantilly and more cajeta.

TIPS

Garnish with ground cinnamon and liquid chocolate ripples.
