Ingredients

6 portions
  • ground red pepper
  • 4 ounces blue cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 celeries, in branches

Preparation

Mix 2 ounces of blue cheese and 2 ounces of cream cheese until smooth.
With a small spoon, fill the previously washed and dried celery sticks with the cheese mixture.
Crumble some of the Blue Cheese on top of the Celery sticks and also sprinkle a little of the red pepper.

PRESENTATION

Place the celery sticks on a flat plate.

TIPS

You can cut the celery sticks in half or into smaller pieces.
