Ingredients

4 servings
  • 12 fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 250 grams of canned refried beans
  • 2 pieces of avocado
  • 6 slices of yellow cheese
  • 1/4 of liter of cream
  • 1 lettuce
  • 3 chipotle chili peppers
  • 1 piece of onion

    Preparation

    Heat the refried beans and add the chopped yellow cheese. Reservation.
    Spread a bit of beans with the cheese on each toast and arrange them all on a platter.
    Add to each toast: two slices of avocado, chips of chipotle, a bit of chopped onion, lettuce and a little cream. Serve immediately.
