Prepare this rich conito of creamy and unctuous cheese, mixed with spices and nuts that is covered with toasted almonds. It is a good option to botanize, accompany it with crackers or toast.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 packages The Laughing Cow Cheese®, 8 servings of 21.4 gc / u
  • 1/4 cups dehydrated fruit, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seed, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 cup almond, to decorate
  • 5 twigs rosemary, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the Quesitos La Vaca Que Ríe® with the dehydrated fruits, the pips and the chopped rosemary.
Place the mixture on non-stick plastic and form conito. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Remove the cheese cones from the refrigerator and garnish with the almonds and rosemary.
